Project Manager for ENIQ Statistics Jun 2013-Jan 2015

ENIQ Statistics is one of the key product from Ericsson for performance management. It is highly scalable performance oriented solution to gather and process the data for mobile networks. It will be further used in reporting using SAP BO for resource planning and optimization of mobile networks.

•         Project initiation and planning with offshore and on-site (Ireland) model.

•         Setup scrum team and stockholders with RACI matric to make project success

•         Participating in product backlog grooming, scrum demos, reviews with sponsors and stakeholders.

•         Driving quality improvement processes and milestone tracking.

·               Created and executed software test plans, cases and scripts to uncover software bugs and their causes by perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

•         Establishing and facilitating regular scrum meetings daily stand-ups, sprint and release planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other project planning and issue resolution meetings as required.
